ABOUT ME

I grew up in the US and Europe as an “Army Brat”, moving often and experiencing different cultures. Concurrent to my graduate training, I worked extensively with couples and families providing culturally-attuned counseling.  I practice self-care through tea, travel, and snow skiing. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds around a variety of topics, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, body-image, family and relational stress, life changes and transitions, and parenting challenges. My treatment plans are strength-based and cater to your unique style of learning and healing.
